Absolutely delicious! We tried the grilled shrimp tacos, the taco salad with steak served in a crispy tortilla bowl, and the birria ramen, and everything was prepared fresh and full of flavor. But that birria ramen?! AMAZING. Seriously, it was the standout for me, and I’m already thinking about going back for another bowl! The service was just as impressive as the food—friendly, attentive, and top-notch from start to finish. It’s always great to find a place where both the food AND the service deliver. We will definitely be returning to work our way through more of the menu…although I have a feeling it’s going to be hard not to order that birria ramen every single time! Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ California Burritos Express & Bar completely exceeded my expectations! The food was incredible—the portions were huge, and the quality was even better than I expected. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth the price. The atmosphere was great too, with a welcoming vibe that made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was an amazing meal, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious food and generous portions!

This is a great new addition to the food scene in WS. The food was fresh and the portions were generous… excellent value. The service was fast and friendly. The California burrito defied laws of nature to fit all the fries, meat and toppings into the tortilla. The sopes were delicious- and an excellent way to try a variety of their meat options. Carnitas, steak and chicken were all delicious. The torta was huge! We got a large order of the guac and it was a hit with our entire group. We will definitely be back!!

I enjoyed my meal with my son! Very delicious My son got the carne dada fries, and I got the street tacos 🌮 I love to eat with salsa picante lol 😂 I didn’t though it would be very spicy , but it was a good spice definitely coming back the street tacos do not taste the same as food truck tacos! 🌮 I liked them very much and good portion on everything.

My son told us about this spot that just opened up. We decided to try it for dinner with my wife and daughter. Located in a small strip mall with its own parking lot, it has pictures of some of the items on the windows. This definitely peaks your curiosity. There are many choices and all look savory. You can also build your own burrito. Birria beef seems to be the favorite ingredient in the majority of the dishes. I can definitely see why. You place your order at the counter and you take to your table when ready. Drinks are self serve. The meat is tender and the beef consommé can stand on its own. I got the Birria torta with cilantro and onions in every bite. My only complaint is that I would have like the bread a little more toasty, and also a cup of consommé to dip would be fire. I was lucky to have also ordered the Birria Ramen and used that to dip my sandwich. The side of fries were soft yet slightly crunchy on outside and perfectly seasoned. The Birria Ramen was my favorite. Cup of noodles with the consommé, plenty of Birria beef, onions and cilantro. Who would have thought this could all go so well. And the gooey cheese was the icing on the cake. You got a little bit of every
